Yes — this is one of our primary services. We've completed post-construction cleaning on large multi-unit developments in the Southeast, handling rough clean, final clean, and puff clean across all units and common areas. We coordinate directly with your project manager or GC to fit your occupancy schedule.

Three phases. The rough clean removes bulk debris while trades are finishing. The final clean is a top-to-bottom detail of every surface, fixture, window, and floor once all trades have left. The puff clean is a light touch-up just before move-in day for dust resettlement and last-minute marks. We handle all three and scale our crew to your unit count and timeline.

Yes. We address pump islands and canopy areas, convenience store interiors, restrooms, and all exterior concrete and pavement. This removes years of fuel residue and grease buildup that routine crews can't handle. We've performed gas station deep cleans in the Atlanta area and across the Southeast.

A deep clean is a one-time intensive service that addresses the buildup regular cleaning can't reach — grease baked into concrete, fuel residue on pump islands, years of grime behind equipment. It's a reset. Once done, your regular cleaning program can maintain that baseline going forward.

Yes. Graun Group carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for commercial cleaning environments. We can provide certificates of insurance for any pre-qualification or compliance requirement.

Yes. All projects use green-certified, low-VOC cleaning products that are safe for building occupants and compatible with LEED and WELL building standards. Product documentation available on request.
